Please note that some producers sell a manufactured emu oil that has been clarified. This clarification process eliminates some of the most active ingredients of the product. For all applications please use very little. Our Emu Oil is a powerful moisturizer that penetrates skin and hair very effectively. If after any application it feels greasy, it means you have used too much. Spread a few drops into the palm of your hand and rub the affected area. The oil will absorb rapidly. There is no limit to the number of daily applications. For all-body treatment, we recommend one teaspoon in the bath. Use only a mild soap and towel dry. * As leave in hair conditioner: spread 2-3 drops into your palm, start at the tip of hairs and work towards the scalp.

* As treatment for dry or damaged hair: spread 5-6 drops into your palm according to length and thickness of hair, start at the tip of hairs and work towards the scalp. If a scalp treatment is desired, add a couple of extra drops and massage scalp well. Use a shower cap to protect, and wait 10-30 min. Bought this to soothe the burning sensation cause by my stretch marks, and it worked immediatly. Hopefully if I use it long enough it'll help diminsh the marks. I'd def recommend this product and use other Koru Natural products!.

I have Keratosis Pilaris or KP for short. It's a common form of excema that you see on people's upper arms. Some people refer to them as 'chicken bumps'. I put it on before sleeping last night and there is already a marked improvement in the appearance of bumps. It was nice to see my actual skin tone for once! I will be using this morning, evening and once a week or so in the bath. Looking forward to using as a hair treatment as well.
