It is a great coat. Very warm, pretty heavy. I'm usually a small in t-shirts, sometimes a medium. I figured I'd try for the medium because I'll probably wear sweaters or something underneath, but it was still too big. I exchanged for the small. Customer service was the best I've ever seen.
