Wow! I was so surprised when I opened the package of Sockeye Salmon. I expected it to be like the Smoked (Red) Salmon or Packaged Salmon you see in Whole Foods and other supermarkets. Instead, it was smoked to perfection, and fork tender. It was more like a delicious "baked salmon" from an old fashioned "Appetizer Store" from my childhood.

My wife who does not like fish of any kind, ate it upon my recommendation and fell in love with it as well.
